My philosophy and coaching style
My coaching style is grounded in transformation, not quick fixes. I trained as a transformational coach, which means I work with clients at a deep level, helping them discover the real reasons behind their patterns, choices, and blocks.
I work with clients on multiple subjects but the one I see most with clients is procrastionation. That's why I decided to specialise in this subject.
I don’t believe procrastination is about laziness, lack of motivation, or poor time management. In my experience and from what I've studied, it runs much deeper than that. Procrastination often protects us from uncomfortable emotions, like fear, shame, or guilt.
It’s a response shaped by past experiences, nervous system dysregulation, and hidden beliefs we may not even be aware of. When we understand what procrastination is really trying to tell us, we can finally overcome it, for good.
In our sessions, we work to find those blind spots. We explore what’s driving the procrastination and create space for nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and clarity. From there, we can start to build sustainable productivity systems that actually work for you, not the version of you that’s trying to keep up with unrealistic expectations.
My coaching style is warm, intuitive, and gently challenging. I use a mix of methods, depending on what works best for each client. This includes subconscious mindset rewiring, visualisations, cognitive behavioural coaching, worldview psychology, solution-focused coaching, and psychodynamic and narrative models.
I also love working with metaphor and symbolic modelling, especially when a client feels stuck. Metaphors allow us to access the deeper language of the subconscious. Sometimes, what we can’t express directly, we can describe through imagery. When a client says, “It feels like I’m pushing a boulder uphill,” that image becomes a doorway into deeper insight and change. We can work with it, explore it, and often, transform it.
While procrastination is the theme I see most, I also support clients with self-worth, boundaries, decision-making, and navigating change. Whatever the topic, I meet you where you are, with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in your ability to grow.

What Happens Next
If you're curious about working together, you can book a free 30-minute discovery session. During this session, we get to know each other. It’s a space for you to share what’s been feeling stuck and for me to listen, ask a few questions, and reflect back what I hear.
There’s no pressure to commit, and no expectation to explain yourself perfectly.
It’s a first step. A chance to see if we’re a good fit.
